Town Municipal Council Chittaguppa

Chittaguppa is one of 56 Karnataka cities in the Karnataka Municipal Reforms Project (KMRP). The website of this town was launched on September-2008. Chittaguppa ULB (TMC) was started in the year 1952. Chittaguppa is 65Kms. From Bidar District and about 15Kms from Humnabad. The old name of the chittaguppa is Muniyabad and it is the Capital of Hydrabad Karnataka at the time of Nizam rule. The ULB consists of 16 wards with the Respective number of Councillors. The total population of the town 28337 as per census 2001 and the total area of the town is 28.46Sq.Kms. The Temperature varies from min23c to max 39c.

Birth and Death Online Registration       

    ಒನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಜನನ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಣ ನೋಂದಣಿಯು ದಿನಾಂಕ 17/07/2009 ನಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ.  

 The Online Birth and Death Registration Module is started in TMC Chittaguppa.

Now the citizen can view 10 years records online.

ಪುರಸಭೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯ ಚಿಟಗುಪ್ಪಾ      

    ಚಿಟಗುಪ್ಪಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 56 ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಪೌರಸೇವಾ ಸುಧಾರಣಾ ಕೋಶದ ಒಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಣ. ಸದರಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ವೆಬಸೈಟನ್ನು ಸೇಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ-2008 ರಂದು ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣ 28.46 ಚ.ಕೀ.ಮಿ ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ. ಚಿಟಗುಪ್ಪಾ ಹಳೆಯ ಹೆಸರು ಮುನಿಯಾಬಾದ ನಂತರ ಚಿಟಗುಪ್ಪಾ ಹೀಗೆ ರೊಪುಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಮೊದಲು ನೀಜಾಮ ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ, ಮರಾಠಿ. ಉರ್ದು ಮಿಶ್ರ ಭಾಷೆಗಳು ನೆಲೆಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 16 ವಾರ್ಡಗಳಿವೆ. 2001 ರ ಜನಗಣತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಗರದ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 28337 ಇದೆ. ಚಿಟಗುಪ್ಪಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಬೀದರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಿಂದ 65 ಕೀ.ಮಿ ಹುಮ್ನಾಬಾದ ತಾಲ್ಲುಕ ದಿಂದ 15 ಕೀ.ಮಿ ದೊರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸರಾಸರಿ ಉಷ್ಣತೆ ಮಟ್ಟ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 23 ಡಿ. ಸೆಲ್ಸಿಯಸ ಹಾಗು ಗರಿಷ್ಠ  39 ಡಿ.ಸಲ್ಸಿಯಸ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೋಳ, ತೊಗರಿ ಹಾಗು ಕಬ್ಬು ಬೆಳೆಗಳು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಬೆಳೆಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಕಾರಂಜಾ ಡ್ಯಾಂ ನಿಂದ ಪೊರೈಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದು ಪಟ್ಟಣದಿಂದ 30 ಕೀ.ಮಿ. ದೊರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.

E-governance at Chittaguppa Municipality is aimed to provide on-line citizen services, information to all hierarchies and monitor the performances. It is in practice that citizens are approaching the respective Urban Local Bodies to pay their revenues, get certificates, approvals for construction of Building and run a business, etc.

Adopting E-governance, the above activities are simplified and made possible at their Information and Facilitation counter at the Municipality.

By E-governance, the services of Chittaguppa Municipality can be made Easy, Transparent, Accountable and Quick. The Citizens may be informed about their dues and revenue generation will be faster and easier.
